CFO Sentinel Pro is a product of FIA Labs (Federated Intel AI LLC). This policy covers the public site and the signed-in desk at cfosentinel.pro.
What we collect
- Account details you give us: name and email, and a password if you create one here.
- A session cookie so you stay signed in on this origin.
- Desk files: titles, questions, notes, matter kind, jurisdiction, and text extracted from documents you attach. Photographs used for a Review stay in this session only and are not written to the database.
- Billing identifiers from our payment processor (customer and subscription references) so a seat and credits attach to the same email you paid with.
- Guest work stays on this device in the browser until you sign in. It is not an account.
Why
To run the desk you asked for: keep your files, produce a record from a question and exhibits, and charge the seat and credit tank you chose. We do not sell this material.
Who else sees it
- The model provider that runs the desk receives the question and the extracts for that run, so the record can be written. That processing may occur outside Australia.
- Stripe processes payments. We do not store card numbers on this desk.
- Hosting and database providers store the account and matter records.
We do not name the engine on the site. The provider is used only to produce the record you requested.
How long
Account and matter data stay while the account is active. Theme preference and guest credits live in the browser. Write to us if you want an account erased; we will delete the desk records we hold for that email, except what we must keep for tax or dispute records.
Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion. Contact hello@federatedintel.ai. If you are in Australia and are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
Cookies
A session cookie keeps you signed in. A local theme flag remembers light or dark. We do not run advertising cookies.
